Heya, Movin' Maniacs! Hydro here. You caught me at a great time. I've been running all over the place lately, literally pouring myself into my work filling bottles, fountains, drinking glasses, coolers and vending machines with my secret weapon – H2O! That's code for "water." I'm helping active kids everywhere to stay hydrated and cool down when they're hot and thirsty. I even help them avoid the "burps" that can happen when they chug-a-lug too many sodas. LOL!
I know I may look like just a little blue drop with a nice, dewy complexion...and awesome, shiny hair...and sparkling eyes. But I have the power to perform one of the biggest jobs on earth. Do you know what it is? If you said, "to keep every living thing alive," you're one smart Movin' Maniac! Of course you knew that everything needs water to live - you, your family, pets, trees, birds, flowers, frogs, bugs and other living creatures. I also help your body do a lot of important jobs like digest food, keep oxygen moving inside your body, and flush out germs.
Want to know how I stay so supercharged? I mostly choose water over other drinks that are thick, sugary, colorful and fizzy. I drink water when it's very cold or warm outside, when I eat meals and snacks and when I get sweaty from my favorite activities – running, swimming and swooshing down water slides. Anywhere you find clean drinking water tells you "Hydro was here" and that I've put my secret weapons right in front of you. All you have to do is drink it to feel the power and get the energy to run with me.
Join me, fellow Maniacs, on my mission to help kids get the word about the thirst-quenching, life-giving power of water.
Can a Movin' Mania hero just get a healthy glass of water without a hassle from a soda-can-shooting vending machine? That's the challenge Hydro faces in his own, special game – Hydro Land.
Hydro knows he can get to the playground faster by water. Along the way, he's picking up every water-filled glass he can for his thirsty friends. But those pesky vending machines keep shooting soda cans in his path, hoping to tempt Hydro to drink their sugary fizz. Can you help Hydro grab his water glasses while splattering those pesky sodas in his way?
Hydro has to get a bucket full of water to his thirsty friends on the playground. On his way, he catches water drops that are falling from the sky. He needs to catch a lot of drops because he has a lot of friends waiting for a healthy drink.
There's just one problem: Hydro's so busy catching water drops, he doesn't always see the falling soda cans. Yikes! Can you help Hydro catch a bucket-full of water drops while dodging the sodas? Earn points with every drop you catch.
Hey, kids! I'm Vie. Of all the Fab Five Movin' Maniacs, I'm the only girl. And don't think for one second that I'm some fragile powder puff who can't keep up with the boys. I'm a pink-suit-wearing, rock wall-climbing, monkey bar-crossing super girl with plenty of energy left over to tackle piano lessons and score big in school. If you want to keep up with me, you not only need to stay as active as possible; you'll need to get enough rest too.
The more physical activities I do, the more supercharged I get. See my glowing apple-green face? When that happens, it lets me know that I'm staying active enough without overdoing it. I enjoy a different activity each day for at least 60 minutes. That's about as long as it takes to watch two cartoons on TV. To really get my green glow, I ride my bike, play kickball, swing on the playground and do other activities that kids like to do. When exercise feels like play, it's a lot more fun.
Staying active is my secret weapon for developing a stronger body and brain. So is getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night. Resting gives my body and mind a break so all my tired thoughts, emotions and body parts can relax and get ready for another active day. When you see health-building equipment like a jump rope, volley ball, trampoline – even a big fluffy bed pillow – you'll know you're super gal pal, Vie, is sharing a few secret weapons with you. All you have to do is use them safely and regularly.
Join me, fellow Maniacs, on my mission to help kids get the word about how fun it is to stay strong, healthy and alert by staying active and getting enough rest.
Vie really likes a challenge to keep her moving. In fact, she even creates her own backyard obstacle courses for herself and her friends. How? With her favorite toys and things around the house like hula-hoops, jump ropes, plastic cups – even a garden hose!
Create your own fun obstacle course too! Simply choose the top three course plans you want to try and print out your unique set of instructions. Set up is easy. But the obstacle course will challenge your skills in the yard. Can you keep up with Vie? Don't forget to log your activity to earn points for completing your obstacle course!
Get ready to run with Vie! This super-active Movin' Maniac is running to the playground, jumping wide hurdles and reaching high into trees to collect fruit snacks to share with her friends. She's on a mission and nothing's going to stop her – except maybe the scowling Fry Guys and creepy candy apples in her path. Help Vie stomp them out. Earn points and move to the next level when you win!
What's cookin', Movin' Maniacs? I'm Vore - the protein-powered superhero who has what it takes to flex some mighty muscles and stay physically and mentally strong. If you want to do what I do, you're gonna need to some high octane fuel to run on.
I'm talking about lean protein that comes from eating foods like chicken, turkey, fish, beef, eggs, beans, nuts and seeds. When I eat enough of them, I turn orange. See my super skin suit? It means my body is running on the full tank of the energy it needs to hit more baseballs, climb more stairs, lift more book-filled backpacks and remember my multiplication tables. Lean protein also helps repair my muscles when they're tired and sore.
I'm pretty easy to find these days. I guess it's because I'm really popular and, literally, bring a lot to the table. Lots of my Movin' Maniac super-friends have me over for breakfast, lunch and dinner at their homes. I'm usually the guest of honor in school cafeterias, restaurants, backyard barbecues and holiday dinners too. How many of my secret weapons can you find every day? When you see foods like scrambled eggs, peanut butter crackers or black beans 'n rice, take a bite of your favorites. Then, make a muscle and feel your inner orange kick in. That's when you'll know the power of Vore.
Join me, fellow Maniacs, on my mission to help kids get the word about the varieties of stamina-building lean protein and the great nutrition they provide.
It's a jungle out there! And Vore is muscling his way through thickets and vines to get to the playground. Who could stop him? Those fierce French Fry Guys and junk-food-shooting vending machines, that's who. Help Vore get through the jungle and dodge all the potato chips and other junk food flying towards him. Collect all the chickens along the way, too, and earn points!
What's up, Movin' Maniacs? And by "up," I mean, how tall are you standing these days? I just may have a lot to do with that. It's me, Leche - the little milky Maniac whose mission is to keep you movin' forward and growing "up." To keep the pace with me, you're gonna need some major minerals and super-strong bones.
If you've been following my lead and fueling up on calcium-rich foods like low-fat milk, yogurt, ice cream, cheese, or other non-dairy sources like leafy green veggies, baked beans and tofu, you may have noticed some big changes lately. Can you reach something on a higher shelf in your closet? Are your rollerblades too small for your feet? Have you grown a new pearly, white tooth or two? Do your favorite jeans not cover your ankles anymore? If so, your body is saying "thank you, Movin' Maniac, for feeding me the calcium I need to do my healthy-growing thing."
How do I stay so supercharged? I choose dairy and non-dairy foods that have a lot of calcium and I eat a few varieties of them every day. See these Viking-like tusks growing off of my super skin suit? They stay hard and strong when I eat my favorite things like low-fat string cheese, frozen yogurt, beans and spinach. They make me taller too. And that means I can ride those fast, twisting, upside-down-flipping roller coasters at the amusement parks! Wee! Anytime you have a choice to eat calcium-rich foods, eat 'em up. Then you'll have my secret weapon for strong bones and a healthy smile.
Join me, fellow Maniacs, on my mission to help kids get the word about the bone-building, growth-generating power of calcium from dairy and non-dairy foods.
High up on Milk Mountain is some of the healthiest cheese and milk in the world. And Leche must collect them so his friends have a healthy snack at the playground. What could be tougher than climbing steep cliffs and jumping from ledge to ledge to get the dairy foods? Staying away from the Creepy Cupcakes and I Scream Cones in his path.
Help Leche collect his milk and cheese while crushing the cakes and cones waiting for him on the mountain. It'll clear your path to the playground and earn you points.

Ready...set...choose your weapon – broc (broccoli spear), paper (Swiss cheese slice) or scissors (carrot "snips"). Our Movin' Maniac, Broc, is ready to challenge you to his favorite game of chance. Can you beat him at his own game? Earn points and advance to the next level when you win!
Broc really wants to get to the playground today. So, he's taking a shortcut through his veggie garden. If he runs, he can get there faster. There are just two things in his way – the gooey red and green jelly blobs.
Can you help Broc "splatter" the red jelly blobs by jumping on them, or throwing veggies at them that he's picked up along the way? Jump on the green jelly blobs to bounce to higher levels and collect more veggies in the garden. The more veggies collected and jelly blobs dodged earns you points and a clearer path to the playground.

Hey there, fellow Maniacs! It's me – Broc. If you want to hang with me, you'd better fuel up! I'm one mighty green Movin' Maniac who's always on-the-go, powering through one activity after another with ease. Soccer practice. Basketball. Hockey. Baseball. Math tests. Science projects. Spelling bees. Teaching my dog, Bolt, some cool new tricks.
How do I stay so supercharged? I eat lots of colorful fruits and vegetables. I choose at least five different kinds every day to get the energy I need to keep doing what I like to do. Eating lots of fruits and vegetables has helped me stay well too. That means this Movin' Maniac has fewer visits to the doctor's office!
I've been making personal appearances everywhere these days. Lunch boxes. Backpacks. School cafeterias. Restaurants. Salad bars. Grocery stores. Refrigerators. Farmer's markets. Pantries. Dinner tables. (Go ahead - catch your breath for a second. Or, better yet, eat some broccoli or a banana to boost your energy again). Anywhere you may find fruits and vegetables tells you "Broc was here" and that I've put my secret weapons right in front of you. All you have to do is eat them to feel the power. And the more you eat, the more you'll be able to keep up with me!
